About this resource

F4 Multimode is a complete FiveM minigame platform developed by F4 Studio for ESX, QB-Core and Qbox/QBX servers, with full standalone support.

Built for server owners who want something for their players to do together outside roleplay, F4 Multimode combines an in-game map creator, 18 game modes, lobbies, matchmaking, playlists, a real podium ceremony and a shared map library — in a single resource. Every match runs in its own routing bucket, so nothing that happens on a track ever touches the city around it.

Your Players Build the Content

Most FiveM race scripts give you a checkpoint list and leave the maps to you. The moment players want something new, you are back in a text editor.

F4 Multimode ships the whole loop:

  • Players build maps in a fullscreen in-game map editor
  • Maps go through a moderation queue before anyone can host them
  • Rooms, invitations, matchmaking, playlists and voice are built in
  • Matches finish on a real podium with the players' own characters
  • Approved maps can be shared to the F4 Studio library between servers

20+ Play-Ready Maps Included

Your server does not start empty. On its first start it installs a catalogue of ready-to-play GTA Online style courses:

  • Stunt courses
  • Hotring circuits
  • Arena and sumo maps
  • Deathrun and face-to-face maps

Newly approved maps arrive automatically without a restart. The entire library system can also be switched off if you want to stay fully local.

In-Game Map Creator

A fullscreen editor that runs inside the world. Fly the camera, place nodes, test the course and publish it — no coordinates, no config files.

Creator features include:

  • Raycast placement
  • Transform gizmo
  • Grid and angle snapping
  • Layers with hide and lock
  • Undo and redo
  • Autosave and revision history
  • Asset browser with search and favourites
  • Any model your build ships, placed by name
  • Scene XML import (drag, drop or paste)
  • Map photo capture
  • Publish checklist with validation
  • One-click test mode

Complete Node Toolkit

Everything a course needs is a placeable node:

  • Checkpoints with route forks
  • Player spawns and vehicle spawns
  • Respawn anchors
  • Props, scenery vehicles and scenery peds
  • Dynamic moving platforms
  • Pickups (health, armour, repair, ammo, any weapon)
  • Boost pads
  • Hazards (put out, damage, explode, kill)
  • Transform nodes
  • Warp pairs
  • Arena boundaries
  • Capture objectives
  • Custom markers and cameras

Driveable scenery cars can be placed as real shared vehicles that any player can get into and drive away.

18 Game Modes on 5 Engines

Race engine: Race, Stunt, Wallride, Face to Face, Transform, Circuit, Time Trial, Parkour

Elimination engine: Sumo, Team Sumo, Sumo Remix, Demolition Derby, Last Team Standing, Survival

Combat engine: Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch

Deathrun engine: Deathrun, with sides swapping every round

Objective engine: King of the Hill

Server owners can register their own custom modes on any existing engine from an open extension file.

Rooms, Invitations and Playlists

  • Public and private rooms
  • Six-character room codes
  • Host rule overrides (laps, rounds, time limit, score limit, contact, catch-up, slipstream, weather, time of day, friendly fire)
  • Room chat
  • Ready-up system
  • Vehicle, outfit and loadout selection
  • Invitations with cooldowns, per-minute limits and decline blocking
  • Playlists with cumulative standings across every map

Matchmaking Queue

Players queue for several modes at once and keep playing the city while they wait. A room opens as soon as enough players share a mode, and the requirement relaxes after a configurable delay so smaller servers still get matches.

Only modes with approved maps are offered, so a queue can never form for a match that cannot start.

GTA Online Style Gameplay

  • Native GTA checkpoints, arrows and radar blips
  • Live standings and lap clocks
  • Finish camera that holds on your own car as you cross the line
  • Hold-to-respawn with respawn ghosting
  • Non-contact, catch-up and slipstream assists
  • Shrinking and moving arenas
  • Weapon and health pickups
  • Spectator seat with chase and free camera
  • Kill cam in combat modes
  • Spawn protection at every round start

Podium Ceremony and Results

The top three players stand on a real in-game podium with their own characters and their chosen victory animation, with a native camera sequence and confetti, before the results screen opens.

The results screen shows final standings, total times, best laps, eliminations, playlist points, XP earned and any records broken.

Player Profiles and Progression

  • XP and levels
  • Wins, matches played and win rate
  • Eliminations and K/D ratio
  • Best time and best lap per map
  • Leaderboards and map records
  • Recent form tracking
  • Milestone system
  • Friends list with online status
  • Player portraits from Cfx.re accounts or Discord avatars

Progress is shared across every character on the same account by default, so a player who makes a new character keeps their wins, maps, records and friends.

Built-In Moderation Tools

  • Map submission queue (approve, reject, archive)
  • Open any player's map in the Creator
  • Export maps as JSON
  • Creator and admin permissions granted from the interface with no restart
  • Audit log of every moderation action
  • Play count insight per map and per mode
  • Live runtime panel (buckets, matches, rooms, queue, Creator sessions)
  • Event, challenge and season reward announcements

Supported FiveM Frameworks

F4 Multimode supports:

  • ESX
  • QB-Core
  • Qbox / QBX
  • Standalone

The active framework is detected automatically or selected manually in the configuration.

Integration and Developer Support

Money, medical, vehicle keys, inventory and weather sync are all handled through open adapter files, with detection built in for qbx_core, qb-core, es_extended, qbx_medical, qb-ambulancejob, qb-medical, wasabi_ambulance, ESX ambulance jobs, qbx_vehiclekeys, qb-vehiclekeys, ox_inventory, qb-inventory, pma-voice, Renewed-Weathersync and qb-weathersync.

Developer surfaces include:

  • 39 server exports — match state, player state, rooms, maps, records, leaderboards, profiles
  • 27 client exports — session state, HUD data, opening and closing the hub
  • f4:integration:* events — enter, exit, lobby join/leave, match start, match end, match cancel, player finish, player eliminated, vehicle keys
  • open.lua hooks — money, medical, display names, join permission, vehicle keys, notifications
  • Custom mode registration on any of the five engines

The simplest check of all needs no export at all: Player(src).state.f4Minigame is true for as long as a player is inside a session, mirrored to every client.

Interaction and Entry Options

Players can open the hub through:

  • A chat command
  • A rebindable key mapping
  • An optional NPC with ox_target or qb-target
  • A proximity prompt when no target resource is running
  • Your own script through a client export

Voice Support

Everyone in a room is placed on a single pma-voice channel for as long as they are in it, and the channel they were on before is handed back when they leave. Without pma-voice running, nothing changes and no voice controls are shown.

Database and Persistence

The database schema installs and migrates itself on start. No migration drops or rewrites existing rows.

Persisted data includes profiles, maps, map revisions, playlists, match history, records, ratings, friends, permissions, an append-only transaction ledger and a full audit log.

Everything your community builds lives in your database, not in the resource folder — replacing the resource loses nothing.

Fully Configurable and Translatable

Open configuration files cover branding, keybinds, permissions, routing buckets, rewards, optional wagering, match timings, controls, checkpoint presentation, the ceremony, default match rules, points, room behaviour, invitations, matchmaking, voice and the asset catalogue.

Every line of text in the interface is translatable from a single JSON file, with English and Turkish included.
