About this resource
F4 Technician Job — Electronics Repair
Add a hands-on electronics repair career to your FiveM server. Players take service calls, meet customers, negotiate repair prices, and repair devices step by step at an interactive workbench.
Repairs involve more than pressing a button. Players open devices, remove screws and components, disconnect cables, replace parts, and reassemble each device. The parts they choose affect repair results, while completed work contributes to their technician progress and reputation.
Take on service calls
Start a shift at the technician depot, choose your work categories, and head out in a service vehicle. Accept a customer call, travel to the location, discuss the repair, and negotiate a price before taking the device to your workshop.
As technicians gain experience, they unlock new device types and can take on more advanced repairs.
Perform hands-on repairs
Each repair takes place at an interactive workbench. Players use tools and follow the repair process step by step, including:
Removing pentalobe screws
Separating glued displays and back glass
Removing connector brackets
Disconnecting flex cables
Replacing batteries and other modules
Reassembling the device
The repair interface includes a step guide and controls for moving, rotating, and turning over devices and tools.
Progress through different devices
Technician levels unlock new repair work:
Technician Level | Device |
|---|---|
Level 1 | Phone |
Level 2 | Tablet |
Level 3 | Console |
Level 4 | Laptop |
The phone includes 14 removable parts, giving technicians a detailed repair process to work through.
Choose replacement parts
Spare parts come in five quality tiers. The parts used can affect the repair result, and customers may notice when lower quality parts are installed.
Manage stock, work with suppliers, build your reputation, and handle warranty returns as part of your technician career.
Run a mobile workshop
Choose a service vehicle to take your work on the road:
Service Van: A Burrito3-based workshop for phone and tablet repairs, with a workbench behind the rear doors.
Mobile Lab: A walk-in workshop truck with a 2.2 m workbench. It supports all device types, unlocks at technician level 3, and can be purchased from the tablet’s Garage page.
